Well, Dear Reader, you have been expecting all sorts of exotic
recipes on this page for a very, loooong time. Here's what happened;
I started to put together some traditional recipes: Curry Goat, Stew
Peas, Jerk Pork and all sorts of mouthwatering meals. Then I thought
I should put down some of my own creation.
Well, to cut a long story short, I've
started to put together a Jamaican Cookbook! And I promise you, Dear
Reader, you'll be the first to know when it's ready for publication.
It's three quarters ready so it won't be much longer!
